At iTech Mobile Repair, we’re more than just a repair shop — we’re a family-run business built on solving real problems, supporting small communities, and treating every customer like one of our own.
Owned and operated by Andrew Robinson, iTech was born from necessity and shaped by a deep understanding of how important technology is to daily life — especially in rural areas where repair options are limited. With over 30 years of experience in electronics, computing, networking, and mobile device repair, Andrew holds a degree in Computing and Information Technology, is a WISE Certified Mobile Device Repair Technician, and is trained in advanced network security and infrastructure management.
But the real story started at home — and in the heart.
As a father of four autistic children, Andrew got tired of constantly replacing broken devices — whether it was a dropped tablet, a malfunctioning laptop, or a game console that took one too many hits. Frustrated with high prices and slow service, he took matters into his own hands and began repairing the devices himself. That passion quickly grew into a business built around reliability, honesty, and a desire to serve others.
But what sets iTech apart isn’t just technical skill — it’s where we choose to work.
